 Our mission is to allow our Guests to continue to live at home & maximize their quality of life by providing personal & medical care in our Centers, our Guests’ homes, & other settings. We offer Adult Day Services, Attendant Care, Healthcare Coordination & Home Health Care.

Joy's House Day Care

Provides care in a non-medical environment designed for our Guests and family caregivers. Joy’s House is a service which allows families to stay together for as long as possible in their own homes. Our adult day services often stand alone or can be paired with home health care, therapies or in-home companion services. While most of our Guests live at home with their spouse, adult child or other relative, a handful live in group homes or long-term care facilities. We are a very affordable option on the healthcare continuum focusing on individual safety, abilities, likes and desires.

SCHC Reaching Resources

This program offers a resource guide, advocate, and support for older adults in Hamilton County.  Reaching Resources is the hub for all things relating to aging in our community. The goals of the program are to prevent isolation, improve quality of life, and help maintain independence.

Good Samaritan Network (GSN)

GSN provides resources & support for critical human services to network service providers making them stronger &more effective; with the goal of collaborating & uniting for the common good rather than duplicating efforts & competing for funding.

Meals on Wheels of HC

Our primary goal is to help our clients remain independently living within the community in their own homes for as long as possible. Meals are delivered weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & the Friday after, Christmas Eve & Day), btw 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 

Grace Care Center

Food pantry, spiritual support, & Co-op Ctr. (financial, budgeting, car repairs, English classes). Co-op admittance 4x/yr w/regular pantry attendance.

Merciful H.E.L.P. Center

Provide food, baby clothes, socks/underwear, household items, furniture, Good Will vouchers, & counsel, vehicle assist. 

Mama's Cupboard

Provides food, clothing, & spirtual support.

BOSMA Enterprises

Nonprofit helping adult who are blind or visually impaired gain the life skills they need to remain independent, and the job skills they need to stay self-sufficient. (Must have a medical issues causing eyesight issues...blindness, macular degeneration, etc.)
